This Zeon Chemicals print ad was a fun blend of product storytelling and dramatic CG imagery. The creative concept was to form a dragon out of Zetpol, Zeon’s heat-resistant elastomer material commonly used in demanding industrial environments such as oil derricks.

The dragon was designed with a dark, matte rubber-like surface to reflect the material itself, then posed gripping an oil derrick to connect the visual directly to the product’s real-world use. Dramatic lighting and a fiery internal glow gave the image more intensity, helping turn a technical material into a memorable and visually striking ad.
