The art directors at Power Creative and I went were tasked with the difficult challenge of visually explaining L3's concept of its Net Centric hardware/software.  The customers product connects the field to command centers and decision makers.  Our task was to convey this in video without any audio, so it all had to be conveyed through the action in frame and minimal text on screen.  The task grew more complex when we decided to reinforce the communication aspect of the piece by connecting two multiplexed monitor systems at different locations in the booth.  

What your seeing at the top is the feed of the two trade show monitors.  In order to tell the complex story, get it rendered in the time alloted and still make something visually interesting, we went with a toon shading treatment.
